Report Spam or Abuse

At MailBNB, we take email abuse seriously.
Our platform is built for legitimate marketers, advertisers, and affiliates, and we work hard to prevent spam and other forms of misuse.

However, despite our best efforts, unwanted messages may occasionally be sent through our system. If you’ve received spam or suspicious content that appears to have been sent via MailBNB, please let us know so we can investigate and take action.

How to Report Spam

To help us review your report efficiently, please send the following to abuse@mailbnb.com:

  1. The full email headers of the message (this helps us identify the sending source).
  2. The original message content (if possible, attach it as a .eml or .msg file).
  3. Any relevant additional details, such as when and how you received the message.

Our compliance team reviews all submissions promptly.
Verified violations of our Acceptable Use Policy result in suspension or termination of the offending account.
